Employee benefits

More for you

ISG’s industry-leading benefits programme is designed with your health and well-being in mind.

More health

Your health and well-being really matters to us, hence, all staff are entitled to private medical insurance, irrespective of their role and location, through one of the best regional providers. You will be able to enjoy the following benefits: basic health screening, online mini health checks and dental claims within the annual allowance of S$150.00.

We also have a self-certification process whereby the first 3 days of sickness will not require a doctor’s certificate. Sickness which lasts for more than 3 days must be certified by a doctor.

More recognition

Our Values Awards recognise employees and teams that go the extra mile. Each year we celebrate our successes in each of our business units and then bring together all of these winners to celebrate the ‘Best of the Best’ at ISG’s Global Values Awards Gala Dinner.

More choice

At ISG, we are not about uniforms and dress-down days - we trust our people to make the right decision about what to wear and when. We know you’ll remember to be safe and appropriate. Just dress for your day, every day!

More quality time

Your work-life balance really matters to us, so in addition to your competitive holiday allowance we have a You Day to allow you to take an additional day off to celebrate a special event, spend time with your family or just do something that will make your life easier or more enjoyable. We also have a holiday purchase programme so that employees can buy two additional holiday days each year.

And finally, we recognise that our people sometimes need time away from work to travel, recharge or volunteer, so once you have worked for ISG for over two years you can apply for an unpaid sabbatical for up to twelve months.

More support for you and your family

We want to support you and your family, so we presently provide industry competitive maternity and paternity leave options. The paternity leave policy is enhanced and increased to 2 weeks of paid leave.

More development

At ISG, we believe that you should never stop learning, and so we support you by paying for your professional fees of the most relevant chartered professional body and offering you a wealth of learning and development opportunities through our own Academy.

More weekend

We know everyone at ISG works hard; so we will finish at 16:00 every Friday so that you start your weekend earlier. It’s our way of saying thank you for always going the extra mile for our customers and our business.

More peace of mind

In addition to providing competitive life assurance, we have also revised and enhanced our current compassionate leave policy to include 5 days to care for a terminally ill close relative as we don’t want our people to worry about work at such times.

We have also revised our bereavement leave policy to allow 5 days leave upon the death of a spouse, parent, child or grandchild and 3 days leave upon the death of a brother, sister, grandparent or parent in law.

More thank yous

We are incredibly proud of how many of our people choose to stay and build their career at ISG, so we are going to be making certain amendments and revising our existing long-service awards for employees who reach 5, 10, 20 and 25 year milestones at ISG.

More employee referrals

We are always looking for talented, enthusiastic and driven people to join the ISG team but finding them can be challenging. So we have enhanced and re-launched our existing employee referral scheme – Scouting for Talent – with up to S$1,500 rewards for employees who refer successful candidates. More details will be communicated soon.
