Introduction

Asia's leading property investment, management and development group, Hongkong Land, appointed ISG as management contractor to fit out their new office at One Raffles Quay, along with reinstatement works for the existing MCL office in 78 Shenton Way.

The project

The project was delivered in three key phases

The first phase comprised the delivery of critical infrastructure of the server room which required an early handover, 33 days from project award.

Following that, the second phase comprised the fit out works to the new office at level 22 in One Raffles Quay (ORQ) South Tower, which saw the completion of an open concept office, 15 enclosed offices, a boardroom, meeting rooms, service areas, pantry, social hub and nursing room.

With the fit out successfully delivered, our team proceeded with the last phase of the project and carried out reinstatement works to two floors in MCL Land within a span of four weeks

The team had to carry out the project within a live working environment, which required discipline and detailed planning. Thus, before the onset of the project, a lot of preparation had to be done to ensure minimal disruption, including installation and management of project logistics and specific hoarding plans.

Completed over a total of 12 weeks in May 2018, the project is on track to receive Green Mark certification.
