ISG is approaching the final phase for the delivery of an 87,000 sq ft fit out for a confidential British multinational oil and gas company situated at Grade A office development, Marina One East Tower.
ISG also delivered its previous premises in 2004.
The scheme will be constructed to meet sustainable accreditation, BCA Green Mark Award.
The fit out includes the creation of open office space consisting 781 workstations, 40 meeting rooms, reception and guest waiting area, an IT support 'bar', quiet zones with sleeping pods, a trading floor housing over 280 dealer trading desks, restrooms and an internal feature staircase connecting two floors.
The highly technical project also involves MEP services to provide high-level critical infrastructure, detailed design and complex systems, all to be delivered within a challenging 16-week timescale.
ISG's project manager, Kwaku Bekoe, said: "The team and partnering trading contractors have worked so well to achieve key milestone dates, from statutory inspections through to the first handover date for the plant rooms and trading desk area.
"This has been a challenging project from day one, with a lot of planning and communications at all levels to ensure everyone is pulling in the same direction.
"From managing the upstream requirements, expectations and design changes, to the downstream management of procurement and onsite co-ordination within a congested site.
"With days to go, it is all coming together so well and we are very excited to see the handover very soon."
The new office will be handed over in January 2018.
